Water Meter Sensor
Registers water volume added to the boiler and generates alert if gallon count is high (potential leak) or low (potential corrosion).
Burner Flame Modulation
Controls the burner output (flame size) to match boiler variables for correct fuel-to-air ratios. DEP-approved.
Coil Sensor
Measures the temp of the coil to determine hot water settings, and generates an alert if there are any diagnostic concerns with the coil, such as mineral buildup.
Mix Sensor
Ensures that the mixing valve is working properly by tracking the hot water sent to tenants to ensure that the temp range meets legal requirements.
Aqua Sensor
Measures the temperature of water in the boiler, enabling hot water control and helping to determine if pressure is built.
Pressure Sensor
Measures and displays boiler pressure PSI to identify faulty steam pressure.
High Temp Stack Sensor
Determines the temperature of the flue, or exhaust heat, and generates alerts if the temp is high.

Controls hydronic heating systems by monitoring the temperature of the water leaving the boiler.

Shows when the pump is running and can detect pump failure. Compatible with hydronic heating systems.

Detects smoke, carbon monoxide, or natural gas, and if any are present, sounds an audible onsite alarm and generates an alert.

For Dual Fuel Burners: Displays whether the boiler is running on oil or gas, and generates an alert if fuel type is changed.
